They offer a selection of paper marketing materials and stationery, but they don’t offer many promotional materials or signs and banners. NextDayFlyers lets you upload and print an existing design, and they also offer predesigned templates and a design tool to help you create your design for some products. We found it very easy to upload a completed design. However, they do not offer a PDF proof of your design or allow you to order free paper samples, both of which we consider to be market standards. Design and Printing

NextDayFlyers lets you upload an existing design and have it printed on their various paper marketing materials. NextDayFlyers has a design tool for creating greeting cards, but they do not have a design creator for their letterhead. If you already have a design, the uploading process is easy. They accept PDF, PSD, AI, INDD, JPEG, and TIFF files for the design upload.

NextDayFlyers uses offset printing, which is a process where a plate makes an inked impression on a rubber-blanketed cylinder, which in turn transfers it to the paper. Offset printing offers higher image quality, is more cost effective when ordering large quantities, and is better for larger prints. Conversely, digital printing is a process in which the data and images are printed directly from the computer onto paper. It has shorter turnaround time, is more cost effective when ordering small quantities, and is better for customized printing.

Letterhead

NextDayFlyers' letterhead comes in order sizes ranging from 100-100,000. The minimum order size of 100 beats our Market Standard of 250 pieces and costs $128.95. The price per sheet gets cheaper as your order gets larger. Their letterhead has a matte finish.

Greeting Cards

Greeting cards from NextDayFlyers come in order sizes ranging from 100-100,000. The minimum order size beats our Market Standard of 250 pieces and costs $121.95. The price per card gets cheaper as your order size gets larger. These greeting cards come in either a glossy-UV or matte finish. Double-sided printing is included.

Envelopes

NextDayFlyers does not offer envelopes at this time.

Shipping

NextDayFlyers' standard shipping will take 4 business days, which is faster than our Market Standard of one week. The cost of the standard shipping for the minimum order of letterhead and greeting cards is $12.17. This shipping price may vary with location. They also have faster shipping options: next day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping.

Proofs & Samples

NextDayFlyers offers electronic proofs for $19.99, which does not meet our Market Standard of free electronic proofs. They also offer hardcopy proofs for $40. They don't offer free paper samples, which also does not meet our Market Standard, since most vendors do.

Additional Stationery

NextDayFlyers does not offer any additional stationery besides letterheads and greeting cards.

NextDayFlyers has phone, email, and live chat support, available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pacific, and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We experienced no wait time over the phone and 2 to 9 hours over email. Overall, we considered the quality of support to be average. The customer support representatives we spoke to were helpful, but the wait time for an email response is too long when compared with email support wait times for other services. NextDayFlyers offers a money-back guarantee, which we consider to be a Market Standard. The money-back guarantee is only applicable if the mistakes made on your print job are the vendor's fault.
