Conclusion:
VistaPrint offers average-priced marketing materials in all categories. They offer a wide range of printed products. VistaPrint lets you upload and print an existing design, and they also offer predesigned templates and a design tool to help you create your design for some products. We found it very easy to upload your own design with VistaPrint. They charge $1.99 for each PDF proof of your design, which does not meet our Market Standard of free proofs.
We found their customer support to be average quality. Their email support took two days to respond, which is slow compared to the email support of other providers we reviewed. VistaPrint has a standard shipping time of 14 days, which is much slower than our Market Standard shipping time of one week.
Design and Printing
If you already have a design you want to use, you can easily upload it and have VistaPrint print it for you. They accept which lets you create your own design for letterhead, greeting cards, and envelopes. Their design tool includes a WYSIWYG editor, cut-and-bleed lines, and a drag-and-drop feature that makes creating your design a very simple process.
VistaPrint uses both offset and digital printing for their products. Offset printing is a process in which a plate makes an inked impression on a rubber-blanketed cylinder, which in turn transfers it to the paper. Offset printing offers higher image quality, is more cost effective when ordering large quantities, and is better for larger prints. Digital printing is a process in which the data and images are printed directly from the computer onto paper. It has shorter turnaround time, is more cost effective when ordering small quantities, and is better for customized printing.
Letterhead
You can order letterheads through VistaPrint in quantities that range from 10 to 2,000, which beats our Market Standard minimum order size of 250. For 10 letterheads, it costs $19.99. As you order larger quantities, your price per letterhead gets significantly cheaper. VistaPrint’s letterheads come with a smooth matte finish.
Greeting Cards
You can order greeting cards through VistaPrint in quantities that range from 10-20,000, which beats our Market Standard minimum order size of 250 greeting cards. It costs $14.98 for 10 greeting cards and an additional $4.99 for double-sided printing. As you order larger quantities, your price per greeting card gets significantly cheaper. Shipping

The standard shipping costs for the minimum order sizes are $6.82 for 10 letterhead, $6.38 for 10 greeting cards, and $6.15 for 10 envelopes. 3-day and 7-day shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Proofs & Samples
