NextDayFlyers offers low-priced stationery and signs and banners, and they have average-priced paper marketing materials and promotional materials. They offer a selection of paper marketing materials and stationery, but they don’t offer many promotional materials or signs and banners. NextDayFlyers lets you upload and print an existing design, and they also offer predesigned templates and a design tool to help you create your design for some products. We found it very easy to upload a completed design. However, they do not offer a PDF proof of your design or allow you to order free paper samples, both of which we consider to be market standards. NextDayFlyers offers a mailing service for some products (i.e. they will print, address, and mail the products for you).

Design and Printing
NextDayFlyers lets you upload an existing design and have it printed on their various paper marketing materials. The design uploading process is easy, and they accept PDF, PSD, AI, INDD, JPEG, and TIFF files for the design uploads. NextDayFlyers has pre-designed templates for flyers and postcards, but not for brochures. They also have a design tool that lets you create your own design for flyers and postcards, but not for brochures (you can only upload completed designs for brochures). The design tool includes: a WYSIWYG editor, drag-and-drop feature, and cut and bleed lines that help you figure out if your design fits within the printing area. NextDayFlyers also provides blank templates that you can download and edit with your own software.
NextDayFlyers uses offset printing, which is a process in which a plate makes an inked impression on a rubber-blanketed cylinder, which in turn transfers it to the paper. Offset printing offers higher image quality, is more cost effective when ordering large quantities, and is better for larger prints. Conversely, digital printing is a process in which the data and images are printed directly from the computer onto paper. It has shorter turnaround time, is more cost effective when ordering small quantities, and is better for customized printing.

The minimum order size of brochures meets our Market Standard of 100. 100 brochures cost $127.95, but the price per brochure gets cheaper as the order size increases. NextDayFlyers has only one brochure template, and the brochures come with an option of glossy or opaque paper finishes.

Proofs & Samples
NextDayFlyers offers electronic proofs for $19.99, which does not meet our Market Standard of free electronic proofs. They also offer hardcopy proofs for $40. They don't offer free paper samples, which also does not meet our Market Standard (most vendors offer them).

NextDayFlyers has phone, email, and live chat support, available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pacific, and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We experienced no wait time over the phone and 2 to 9 hours over email. Overall, we considered the quality of support to be average. The customer support representatives we spoke to were helpful, but the wait time for an email response is too long when compared with email support wait times for other services. NextDayFlyers offers a money-back guarantee, which we consider to be a Market Standard. The money-back guarantee is only applicable if the mistakes made on your print job are the vendor's fault.
